Tata Indicom Substation (Shivajinagar, Pune)

The Project involved obtaining approvals from MSEDCL for laying of a new electrical line.

The process involved design, selection and erection of transformer and its connected sub-station.

A fully automated control panel with safety features (fire alarms, sprays, lift backup) was part of the installation

We worked with Wooshin Engineering India Ltd, for analysis of automation structure subjected to Robot Dynamic loads.

Analysis involved analyzing for conveyor loads, robot pedestals, overhanging cranes, and included designing foundation for structure columns.

Post commissioning, our structural inspectors conducted exhaustive on-site evaluations to ensure quality standards.

Heater Treater Analysis, Turkmenistan Oil

Fatigue analysis was as per ASME Sec VIII Div 2 Part 5.

A combination of thermal, structural and seismic loads were considered for the analysis. For thermal analysis, complete convection was simulated for greater accuracy.

Soviet era forging press was imported and its wiring and control system was completely refurbished and modernize.

The project involved complete erection of the press, and resulted in efficiency savings and production improvements
